To process your warranty claim, please provide:

Repair/Replacement: Most warranty services are completed within 10-14 business days from when we receive the product.
Shipping: We provide prepaid shipping labels for approved warranty claims.
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required for all warranty claims. The warranty period begins from the date of original purchase.
The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners if the product is resold or gifted. The new owner must provide proof of transfer and the original purchase documentation.
We reserve the right to either repair or replace defective products at our discretion. If the exact product is no longer available, we will provide a comparable replacement of equal or greater value.
Our warranty liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
