Required Information for Claims

To process your warranty claim, please provide:

  • Original order number or invoice
  • Date of purchase (must be within warranty period)
  • Clear photos showing the defect or issue
  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Serial number (if applicable)

Processing Time

Initial Review: We'll review your claim within 24-48 hours of submission.

Repair/Replacement: Most warranty services are completed within 10-14 business days from when we receive the product.

Shipping: We provide prepaid shipping labels for approved warranty claims.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Proof of Purchase Required

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required for all warranty claims. The warranty period begins from the date of original purchase.

Warranty Transfer

The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners if the product is resold or gifted. The new owner must provide proof of transfer and the original purchase documentation.

Repair or Replacement

We reserve the right to either repair or replace defective products at our discretion. If the exact product is no longer available, we will provide a comparable replacement of equal or greater value.

Limitation of Liability

Our warranty liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

International Warranty

Warranty coverage is valid worldwide. However, warranty service must be performed by authorized service centers in your region. International shipping for warranty service may incur additional costs.
