Right of Withdrawal: EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your RMA number.

Eligible Items for Return

  • Items in original, unused condition
  • Items with original packaging and tags attached
  • Items accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong items shipped by error

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Used or damaged products (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 14 days

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

What Gets Refunded

Your refund will include:

  • Full product price
  • Original shipping costs (if item is defective or our error)
  • Applicable taxes

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Fast Track Option: Place your new order before returning the original item to avoid delays. Once we receive your return, we'll process the refund.

Returns must include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA number may be refused or delayed. Please keep your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label
  • Refund your full purchase price including shipping
  • Offer a replacement at no additional cost (if available)

Deadline: Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
