Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

  • Receive your RMA (Return Authorization) number within 24 hours
  • Pack the item securely with the RMA number on the outside
  • Ship to our returns address
How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Who pays for return shipping?
